Have you ever admired an artist a virtuoso who has no equal? A force so unique and astonishing that you were left to wonder–will I ever see that again? Earl Monroe was one of those artists–I have never seen anyone since do the things the Pearl could do. Black Jesus and “Clyde” the greatest backcourt in the history of the NBA:

    I was the “remote control” back in the day and I remember black and white tv as well as the pictue “roll”, flipping, and buzzing in and out.

    The pearl, the pistol, magic, and the rest were fun to watch!
