A small country like Luxembourg ... http://euroyankdiscoveringluxembourg.blogspot.com/ filled with banks, top restaurants, a euro economy and tons of rich people, with a population of about half a million, you do not need a car, or commute, because they have tons of buses leaving every ten minutes for anywhere and everywhere. Of course the trains are first rate, especially the bullet trains that go about 300 miles an hour. See Dean think SMALL and hit it BIG! Screw all that congestion, and mass traffic.
