So right indeed. Not only did Yahoo violate the age old &quot;if it ain&#039;t broke don&#039;t fix it&quot; adage, they offered nothing of value. Nobody needs another free email account. 

Yang knows that he will have to suffer with a $40Billion buyout and ride off into the sunset. For him it means losing the vehicle that made him famous. And in my opinion, that&#039;s where the fight exists--between his ego and his intelligence.</description>

Here&#039;s an example - Yahoo bought MyBlogLog and instead of leaving it alone and putting their thinking caps on about how to leverage it in a way that supported MyBlogLog users - they forced everyone to get a Yahoo account.</description>
